These terms apply to your use of saltiquejewellery.com. By using the site you accept them. They are governed by Turkish law; the Turkish text is the governing version.

The site is a showcase, not an offer
Pieces, stones and price ranges on the site are for information and do not constitute an offer to sell. No payment is taken online.
Every order is made through a conversation on WhatsApp or by email. The final price, the specification, the making and delivery time, payment and any deposit, shipping and insurance are confirmed to you in writing, and an order exists only once that written confirmation does.
Prices
Prices and currency conversions shown on the site are approximate. Stone and precious metal prices move with the market, so the binding price is the written quotation you receive.
Made to order pieces and the right of withdrawal
Most pieces are made to your choices of stone, size, metal and engraving. Under article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods prepared to the consumer's requests or personal needs.
When you buy a ready piece that is not made to your specification, your statutory right of withdrawal is preserved and its terms are set out in writing in the order confirmation. Your other rights under consumer law are always preserved.
Images, the virtual fitting and 3D views
Photographs, the film, 3D views and the virtual fitting present the piece. Colour, light and size can look different on different screens and devices, and some 3D models are a likeness of the piece rather than an exact copy. What binds is the specification confirmed to you in writing.
The site assistant
The site assistant answers with artificial intelligence and gives general information only. Its replies are not an offer or a commitment; exact information and prices come from the maison in writing.
Intellectual property
The designs, photographs, film, text and logo on the site belong to Saltique and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes go to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the statutory monetary limits and to the Consumer Courts above them.
