Data controller

What we process

When you write to us: your name, your phone number or email address and what your message says. The commission form composes a message from your answers and opens WhatsApp; it stores nothing on the website's server.

When you use the site assistant: what you write to it. Your IP address is held briefly in a counter to limit abuse.

When you browse: your language and currency preference (two cookies) and aggregate visit statistics that use no cookies and do not identify you.

In the virtual fitting your camera image is processed only on your device. It is never sent to a server or recorded.

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and conduct the order conversation: processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract (KVKK art. 5/2c).

To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and understand in aggregate how it is used: our legitimate interest, without harming your fundamental rights (KVKK art. 5/2f).

To keep records the law requires: compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2ç).

Who receives it

Your data is never sold and never used for advertising. It is processed only through the providers that make the service work: Vercel for hosting and visit statistics, Anthropic for the site assistant's replies, WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, and our email provider.

Some of these providers are outside Turkey. Transfers are made to the extent needed to answer your request and in line with article 9 of KVKK.

How it is collected and how long it is kept

Data is collected electronically, when you write to us and when you use the site.

It is kept until your request is concluded and for the periods the law requires, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. What you write to the site assistant is not stored on our side.

Cookies

The site sets two preference cookies only: your language (saltique-lang) and the currency shown (saltique-cur), each for one year. No advertising, tracking or profiling cookies are used; visit statistics are collected without cookies.

Your rights

Under article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, ask for it to be corrected, deleted or destroyed and for those recipients to be told, object to an outcome against you produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
